Principal’s Newsletter

What a pleasure it is to have some of our students back. I suppose it brings back some semblance of normalcy into our lives after all that the Covid-19 restrictions forced us into. A necessity to be sure, but a welcome break from what has been termed the ‘new normal’.

Prior to the arrival of the examination classes we had the Schools and Hostels thoroughly disinfected. We have put in place social distancing guidelines and routes are painted on the ground for students to follow when moving about. The Covid-19 prevention protocols are regularly emphasised and monitored by staff. For the non-examination classes, we continue with the online lessons and I will be saying a bit more on that just now.

For the College teachers, it has become a juggling act between actual lessons with the examination classes and the online lessons. This is no easy feat…
